I bought a few different PPAs to try. My wife liked it the most for its natural feel. She liked the flexibilty of the product (meaning it is not as rigid as others). It does create a vacuum to hold your penis. The strap therefore is really not needed. The base of the unit also is useful in stimulating your partner.
it seemed to work well, but was extremely tight...enought to leave bruises on him. We may have to learn to use it more efficiently. Definitely worth a try.
