The size and the texture are very nice but as is mentioned in other reviews the interior diameter is way too large. I am avg size (6" x 1.5") and there is no way to form the suction needed to keep it on. I took the advice mentioned here and turned it inside out and rolled it back down over the top of another extender I had and it works fine. This also made the tip more firm and increased the extension by another 1". The final dimension is 9" x 2". My wife's eyes got kind of large when she saw how big it is but she was game to try it...and 30 min later we were both very happy we did. If they fix the issue with the interior proportions I would rate this 5 stars.
The picture is misleading. This thing is huge! I'd have to put on another extender just to fit into this thing. If your a smaller guy (I'm @ 5") and not very wide, this may not work for you.
