Great toy...it was my first. Do not forget to remove the small clear piece of tape over the air release, its located at the bottom of the toy on the side.

This was not as pleasing as the reviews revealed. The vibration is on the end and does not transfer to or around the penis as anticipated. There is not any air release so it creates a vacuum - which may be good in a way. As you pull out during masturbation, the vacuum pulls the sleeve out of the plastic case. Must use a lot of lubrication. Maybe good for a desparate release.
