Works very well and she loves it! Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that while it has some depth to it, if you are more than say, 5", you'll hit the filled in part inside of it before you get it all on. So its a great way to get her going but you can't use it in a convensional way.

This item was great in the tight fit it gave me, but it was much too long for my wife.
