This was a fun toy with my girlfriend. It's nice to add a few inches for your lover, even if you don't need it.
It is a great extender, soft but hard enough for the wife to beg for. Cut a small incision near the end and with lube you can put it on no problem as the air will go out easily. It won't slide off and will suction your cock to keep it in place. Using a straw is too cumbersome. My wife asks for it every time we have sex.
I personally liked this product. My wife did not like it at all. I am about 5 1/2" long and 1 1/2" thick. It is pretty darn tight getting it on. To get it all the way on, you have to burb the air out as you go. It is not flexible enough to roll it up and roll it on. However, once you get it on, it stays in place completely without slipping or bending. My wife did not care for it at all. She said that the 2" head was much too rigid. It was to the point of being downright painful for her on entry (and she is not that tight). We've tried many different toys like this and the only one she asks for on a regular basis is the Cyberskin 1 1/2" extension. She asks for that quite frequently.
I bought this to try and I cut some of it off to fit the length of my cock. It was pretty hard to put on because it is tight. I lubed it up pretty good and I tried to roll it like a condom but it is to big and thick to do that. I finally just managed to push it own and was able to get a lot of the air out.

Actual measurements are 8 X 1.75 with a 1.5" extension. I made a silicone plug for the end so its now a 3" extension. This is a great extender for the smaller guy. At first my wife said it looked too big and scary. After lubing it up and taking it slow she took the whole 9" and loved it! Like some others have said, put a straw down to the end with a small amount of lube. As you place your dick into it, the air will go out the straw creating a great suction!
