This book was informative and provided a different view of some of the obstacles a handicap person has to go through. I wouldn't say that this was a treasure trove of new information though. A lot of it was repeated. It kept saying that it was okay to masterbate and that you need to accept your sexuality. Also, not to underestimate therapy too. The point of the book was telling you to accept yourself by searching out your obstacles and eliminating them by various means. It was overall a good read, but nothing truly spectacular. I would recommend those without disabilites to read this to get a better picture of what the elderly and disabled individuals tend to deal with and think. It may provide a more eye opening experience for them.
