With a good lube the sensation was very good, however the sleeve frequently comes out of the case. The biggest disappointment is the latex smell.

This was not as pleasing as the reviews revealed. The vibration is on the end and does not transfer to or around the penis as anticipated. There is not any air release so it creates a vacuum - which may be good in a way. As you pull out during masturbation, the vacuum pulls the sleeve out of the plastic case. This is a great product I'm very pleased with it, vibes are good it would be better if it was more precise to the location of the vibes but it still works great, use lots of lube it is an extremely tight fit like they say i found out if you remove the sleeve from its hard shell it is still allot of fun ( no vibes ) but you might be able to slip a vibrating bullet in the top or in with you when this item is out of its hard shell. It seemed to be a little too tight the first time i used it, but it has gotten better, i don't know if the item is stretching out so it will fit my girth or I'm just getting use to it.
