Works very well and she loves it! Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that while it has some depth to it, if you are more than say, 5", you'll hit the filled in part inside of it before you get it all on. So its a great way to get her going but you can't use it in a convensional way.

This item was great in the tight fit it gave me, but it was much too long for my wife. One is needed with the same fit that doesn't extend 6" but maybe only 2" or 3" This product stays on and in place no matter how much lube or action it gets. I may buy another one and cut it down to the size my wife enjoys with out the pain.
