Despite the internal specifications, this can actually fit a slightly larger penis, it just takes a decent amount of lube and some patience. Once it's on, it feels great... I was impressed by the realism and feel of this PPA, but it was MUCH bigger than the image suggests. Your man will have to be well-endowed width-wise for it to stay on him during rigorous love-play. There is no suction or narrow end to keep it from sliding off . It is a MASSIVE dong, and waaay too thick for my liking (ouch!). This is good for a realistic dildo, but not a very practical or effective extender or prosthetic.

This is a great penis extender that my wife loves for me to use. It is thick and long. She asks me to put it on at least once a week.
