The size and the texture are very nice but as is mentioned in other reviews the interior diameter is way too large. I am avg size (6" x 1.5") and there is no way to form the suction needed to keep it on. I took the advice mentioned here and turned it inside out and rolled it back down over the top of another extender I had and it works fine. This also made the tip more firm and increased the extension by another 1". The final dimension is 9" x 2".
