I am a lot less impressed with this item than most reviewers. For me, it needs to be thinner after the widest part and have a less clunky, oversized, clumsy ring and base (carefully hidden by the angle of photography in Xandria's online catalog). Unless you have a model's butt, your cheeks squeeze the oversized handle and base to cause it to pop out with movement of any sort - I can't keep it in doing anything other than laying on my stomach. As is obvious, this toy lacks the reach to the prostate; for me, it gives minimal pleasurable stimulation, and I suspect it would be the same for most guys. My wife really enjoys it and seems not to have the aggravation I have when she uses it on me. I rate it a 1, she rates it a 4, for a weighted average of 3.
