When I use a dildo...
Question: My vagina is not very deep and it’s tilted. When I use a dildo, it can hurt deep dnside. Am I damaging my body if I insert a dildo that is too large? What can I do to reduce the discomfort? Is there any way to get my body used to long dildos?
Answer: It’s normal to have a tilted vagina. We haven’t heard much about unusually shallow vaginas, but we’ll take your word for it. No matter how shallow or tilted your vagina is deep insertion of anything can bang into your bladder or your cervix, which are sensitive, so both of these actions may hurt. It’s unlikely that you’d damage yourself. Pain is a signal to stop. If you stop, chances are you’re fine. It’s only if you don’t stop and you experience protracted severe pain that you might be harming yourself.
Our question for you is: Why do you want to insert a dildo that so large or long that it hurts? What’s wrong with accepting the uniqueness of your own body, using smaller toys, and not inserting them so far?
However, if you really want to take a big dildo deeply, we suggest inserting your long toy very slowly, with lots of lube, while breathing deeply. Deep breathing is also relaxing and helps minimize pain. If you still feel pain that distracts from erotic pleasure, it may have to do with the shape of your vagina, which can’t be changed. If so, then we suggest you stop inserting things so deeply.
