I WANT TO SMELL GOOD
Question: I need to know what to use to douche with before cunnilingus. I have always been very self-conscious about having an unpleasant smell and want to know what to do about it! Please help if any way possible!!
Answer: Make sure to urinate and shower well before intercourse. We do not recommend douching since it either masks odors, or in some cases makes it worse.
The vagina already has a self-cleaning system and "good" bacteria. Douching may introduce "bad" bacteria and upset the current vaginal balance.
