Any tips to stimulate the prostate?

Question: I’m a 34-year-old man, and I like to insert things in my anus, especially vibrators. But lately, when I use my 5-inch vibrator, it hurts. Why? I use liquid KY Jelly as a lubricant, and nothing else has changed. Should I switch lubricants and try Anal-Eze or an anal desensitizing cream? Also how should I stimulate my prostate? I'm totally lost there. Should I try the Anal Invader? Can anal beads ?

Answer: If anal vibrator insertion suddenly starts hurting, there are several possible reasons: (1) Your anal sphincters (there are two of them, the outer one that you can see and touch, and an inner sphincter an inch or so inside) were not sufficiently relaxed. (2) You’re using the wrong lubricant. (3) You’re inserting too deep too fast. (4) Or you have internal hemorrhoids, and when your vibrator hits them, they hurt. To relax your anal sphincters and to relax tensions around your body, take a hot bath or shower before trying anal play. Also visualize yourself and your sphincters relaxed. KY is not the best lubricant for anal play. We suggest Xandria's Anal Lube, which is specially formulated for safe, enjoyable anal play. As for Anal-Eze, the anesthetic desensitizer, that might help. It's worth a try. Just remember that discomfort is the body's way of saying 'go slower and be gentler'. When you use Anal-Eze, don't forget to stay slow and gentle. Whatever you insert, do so very slowly and not too deeply. Go deeper only when you feel totally comfortable. Do you feel constipated? If so, internal hemorrhoids might be causing your pain. To relieve constipation and cure hemorrhoids, eat more fruit, vegetables, beans, and whole grains, for example a bran cereal for breakfast with fruit. If your pain does not subside in a few weeks, then I suggest consulting your doctor to see if anything is medically wrong in your anal canal. You’re probably fine, but it never hurts to check. Prostate stimulation involves fairly deep anal penetration--several inches. Chances are that your vibrator is long enough, but you might get a longer one, and see if that enhances the quality of the sensation you experience. Anal beads might also help stimulate your prostate, or simply be enjoyable on their own. You’ll have to experiment, but that can be fun.
