Any difference between head and giving a blowjob?
Question: Is there any difference between giving head and giving a blowjob? A friend of mine says there is and I don’t believe her. I thought that you would be the best person to ask.
Answer: I’m flattered. You're right and your friend is either mistaken or pulling your leg. "Giving head" is the general term that refers to positioning your head by your lover's genitals for oral sex. It is not gender-specific.
A "blowjob" is gender-specific. It refers to giving oral to a man. So while giving head does not necessarily mean giving a blowjob--the recipient might be a woman receiving cunnilingus--all blowjobs can be called giving head.
