Answer: When you receive a strap on, it presses through the anal canal on other tissue in your pelvic area. One thing it presses on is your urethra, the urine tube. Another thing that gets pressed is your prostate, which in turn can press a bit on the bladder. In other words, strap-on play can stimulate your urinary tract and make you feel like you have to urinate. If you don't want to be concerned about urination, urinate before your strap-on play so that you know your bladder is empty. Then during strap-on play, if you feel the urge to urinate, you'll know that you don't really have to pee, that the sensations just have to do with the play itself.
