The PC Muscle & Orgasm

I'd like to talk about the PC muscle and how it can enhance the experience of orgasm. The PC muscle (pubococcygeus) is responsible for the health of the pelvic floor in both women and men. A healthy muscle is elastic like a rubber band. It supports the internal organs and is the primary muscle used in controlling the bladder. A weak muscle can result in Urinary Stress Incontinence which is the seepage of urine during laughing, sneezing or coughing. This condition is suffered by millions of older people.
Along with clitoral or penile glans stimulation, using the PC muscle will also enhance the experience of orgasm. When it is tightened by squeezing and releasing, a woman will experience slight sensations in her clitoris and a man will experience a tugging sensation in his penis. When a man has an erection, tightening the PC will cause his penis to jump. With the use of a mirror, a woman can also see her clitoris move when she tightens and releases her PC muscle. Make sure you are tightening the muscle by lifting up and not bearing down as you would during a bowel movement. Stopping the flow of urine is the best method to get in touch with this muscle. Once you have located it, do your PC repetitions on a regular basis, especially when masturbating.
During my forties when I was having a lot of sex with men, I was aware of the delicious sensations that accompanied consciously squeezing my PC muscle on my partners penis.
