Ordering and Shipping Policies
You shouldn’t have to wait to indulge your fantasies. Thanks to Xandria you won’t have to anymore.
At Xandria, we are always looking for ways to improve the way we do business. To prove it, we have recently changed our shipping methods in an effort to meet your needs as quickly as possible. As a result, you can expect your deliveries to arrive even faster than before.
For privacy reasons and rules of the credit card processing companies, the charge to your credit card will be from "LRG*Xandria Collection 800-242-2823". All orders from Xandria are shipped in plain brown boxes with no indication of the contents. The return name on the package is Lawrence Research Group.
Placing An Order
Any order can be placed online, by calling Xandria Customer Service at 1-800-242-2823 or by postal mail. If you prefer to place your order by mail, click here to download and print an order form.
All merchandise shipments are securely wrapped in plain packages with no indication of the contents on the outside. All catalogs are sent in envelopes with no indication of their contents and may be stopped at any time.
Many of the products we sell come with a "manufacturers' warranty" card in the sealed package. Mailing this card may result in your name being sold to other companies, many of which you may find embarrassing. To protect your privacy, we provide our own guarantee. You need only return the product to us if defective!
To find out where your order is, you can access the online order status page or e-mail info@xandria.com. Please include your full name, address, zip code and daytime phone number, as well as the receipt number located on your confirmation e-mail. You may also speak with any of our friendly customer service agents at (800) 242-2823.

Order Processing
Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days following the date of the order.
Three-Day Shipping orders placed before 6:00pm ET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 6:00pm ET are shipped on the business day following the date of order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.
Two-Day Shipping orders placed before 6:00pm ET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 6:00pm ET are shipped on the business day following the date of order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.
Next Day Shipping orders placed before 6:00pm ET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 6:00pm ET are shipped on the business day following the date of order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Types of Shipping
Standard Shipping:
- All packages weighing one pound or more will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery.
- Those weighing less than one pound or being sent to a P.O. Box will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail.
Three-Day Shipping:
- All three-day shipping packages will be shipped by FedEx.
- Three-Day Shipping is only available in the U.S.
- Hawaii and Alaska only: There is an additional charge for three-day service.
- Three-Day Shipping is not available on packages being delivered to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs. Every effort will be made to accommodate these orders in the fastest time possible
Two-Day Shipping:
- All two-day shipping packages will be shipped by FedEx.
- Two-Day Shipping is only available in the U.S.
- Hawaii and Alaska only: There is an additional charge for two-day service.
- Two-Day Shipping is not available on packages being delivered to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs. Every effort will be made to accommodate these orders in the fastest time possible
Next Day Shipping:
- All Next Day packages will be shipped by FedEx.
- Next Day Shipping is only available in the U.S.
- Hawaii and Alaska only: There is an additional charge for overnight service.
- Next Day Shipping is not available on packages being delivered to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs. Every effort will be made to accommodate these orders in the fastest time possible
International Shipping:
- Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to an additional shipping fee of $25 and will be delivered by Air Parcel Post only.
- Two-Day Shipping is not available for international orders.
- Over Night Shipping is not available for international orders.
Delivery Time
Within 5 - 7 business days.
Three business days after the order is processed, not including weekends or holidays.
For back ordered items with Three-Day Shipping, the order will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail once the item arrives in stock.
Two business days after the order is processed, not including weekends or holidays.
For back ordered items with Two-Day Shipping, the order will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail once the item arrives in stock. Hawaii and Alaska only: Packages sent to these locations by Two-Day Shipping will actually arrive in three days.
One business day after the order is processed, not including weekends or holidays.
For back ordered items with Next Day Shipping, the order will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail once the item arrives in stock.
