Return Policy and Procedures
The Xandria Collection offers a 3-way guarantee on all
sex toys:
Privacy, Product Quality, and Personal
Satisfaction.
All sex toys are delivered in discreet packaging, and customer information is not sold to anyone for any
reason. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return them within 60 days for full refund. DVDs/Movies of all types can only be exchanged if defective.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product purchase for any reason, return it within 60 days of the purchase date for an exchange, credit or refund. Securely package the return and enclose a return form (use the pre-printed form on the back of the invoice or download one below). Please attach appropriate postage, as we can not accept COD packages. Note: Postage is not refunded.
If an item malfunctions due to defects in the materials or workmanship, you may return it to us for a replacement with the same item within one full year of the purchase date.
All DVD/Video sales are final. Videos/DVDs are not returnable once the seal has been broken. In the case of a defective product, we will reship the same title once the defective unit is received and processed in our office.

Many of the products we sell come with a "manufacturers' warranty" card in the sealed package.
Mailing this card may result in your name being sold to other companies, many of which you may find
embarrassing. To protect your privacy, we provide our own guarantee. You need only
return the product to us if defective!
