All sex toys are delivered in discreet packaging, and customer information is not sold to anyone for any
reason. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return them within 60 days for full refund. DVDs/Movies of all types can only be exchanged if defective.
Privacy
All your transactions with

We will never sell, rent, trade or give your name to any other company or organization. However,
if you have requested our catalog from any source other than

please be aware they will sell your name unless you specify that you do not wish your name released
to other companies.
All merchandise shipments are securely wrapped in plain packages with no indication of the contents
on the outside.

Product Quality
If any item malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship, return it to us for replacement within one full year of the purchase date. DVDs/Movies of all types can only be exchanged if defective.
Many of the products we sell come with a "manufacturers' warranty" card in the sealed package.
Mailing this card may result in your name being sold to other companies, many of which you may find
embarrassing. To protect your privacy, we provide our own guarantee as listed above. You need only
return the product to us if defective. Your original order is kept on file as your "warranty
card." So, please, protect your privacy and come to us for any needed repairs or replacements.
Personal Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason, return it postpaid within 60 days
for an exchange, credit or refund. (And, no, we do not resell these products!)
Due to the ease of duplication, DVDs/Movies/Video Tapes are not returnable once the seal is broken. In
the case of a defective item, we will reship one of the same title once we receive the
defective item.
Warning:
Allergic Reaction to Latex. Some people have experienced a sensitivity to latex. If you have a
sensitivity, please do not come in contact with latex products. We have identified all products
that we know contain latex. If this is an issue for you, please be sure to verify with our
operators that the product you are buying does not contain latex.
A Note About Batteries:
Many times vibrators are returned to us as defective but the batteries were simply inserted incorrectly.
If batteries are side-by-side, they should be going in opposite directions. If there are two or three
batteries in a row, they should be going in the same direction. Always remove batteries when not in use!
