What's not so great?: Poorly made.   "Feels fabulous, but the separate battery pack is a little clunky, and the unit is difficult to clean. When I've washed it under the faucet, water has leaked into the base of the vibrator due to a very poor seal. I went to use it the second time, and water dripped out from being cleaned on the first use. On the third use, the vibrating function died, leaving only the twisting function. It's going back.
